You've written as if we all understand technical abbreviations and acronyms. I'm not a troll or a moron, but you provided very little solid information and never told us exactly what you thought you were supposed to do vs.
what you encountered.
You've alloed your anger to cloud the issue and it is ... cloudy.
they will not pay you on, they will not pay you the right amount, but one ticket in 3 installment. they will give job to a unqualified tech if they offer even 10 cent less than you even if you have done 100 job for them and made a lot of money for them.
I will Provide my emails with them about payment agreement, and how they stole your money not pay for the travel even though they charge clients for travel. they will pay you $38 for $338 when you call them they will replay it will be adjusted with next ticket, so confuse tech. company like Vology/ Stratachae whom they getting jobs from should be informed.

- Horrible and dont even try to do right
For all of the negative complaints that seems to be your copy and paste response. It seems far more reasonable to believe the techs are not being paid properly. You would think that a company would take the time to write a response to the individual incident and not a copy and paste response.

Paying technicians promptly and correctly is a priority for our company. Payments are generally prepared approximately 21 days following the receipt of all documentation and information from technician closing the call.
Technicians must call from site to close calls, return parts correctly and fax or scan the signed receipt for service. Once those simple steps are followed, payment is made to technicians. Barrister maintains an email address, payissues@barrister.com, which is monitored and answered daily.
If a tech has a problem with payment, of any kind, he should email this address stating the work order number in question and a brief description of his issue. He will receive an answer within 5 business days.

**My correction- it's 13 not 15% if you want to be paid in 7 days. I was just notified that I will be paid on Friday.
Barrister's website says that you will be paid in 30 days after everything is completed. I now understand that all of the Technicians assignments does not end on a Friday. If I may add to your suggestion box.
Inform the Technicians that checks are cut every Friday. If your 30 days ends Saturday through Thursday; your check will still be cut on a Friday.
